My Hometown Culinary Trip part 2

Tau Swan is made from green beans that have been ground first then it soaked into the water a few hours. Later it is washed and lost upon the skin, then steamed and cooked. Tau Swan is also usually mixed with “ca kue” which made from fried wheat flour, so it feels more savory and delicious. Tau Swan is usually liked by young people and adults especially during the wet season whom seek a warm and sweet foods. Are you curious with the taste? Go immediately to the stand on Gajahmada street.
